AC quit at 4 pm on a 104° day. Texted a photo of the unit, Sam was here by 6 with the right capacitor on the truck. House was cool again by dinner.
Thanks Carla. Sam says your dog supervised the whole job. – Ray

Two companies told us we needed a new system. Teo found a cracked drain line and a dirty coil instead. $240 and it runs like new.
We’d rather earn the call when you really do need one. Enjoy the cool air. – Ray

Marisol answered on the first ring, booked us for the next morning, and texted Dana’s photo before she arrived. Nice to know who is coming to the door.
That photo text is Marisol’s idea. We’ll tell her you noticed. – Ray

Snap the sticker on your outdoor unit, or whatever looks wrong. One of our techs looks at it between calls and texts back a price range, usually within the hour.

You’re on the schedule.
On a real site, I’d text you to confirm. This is a sample site, so nothing was sent. – Marisol
Nine people. You’ll meet a few.
Ray started Fenwick in 2009 with one truck, after fourteen years with a big Phoenix outfit. Today it is nine of us and five trucks, all working out of one shop on the east side.
Small enough that Marisol knows your name when you call back. Big enough that someone can come the same day in July.

Questions people ask
How fast can you get here when the AC is out?
From May to September, most calls before noon get a same-day visit. Homes with babies, seniors or someone sick go first. In the cooler months, usually the next morning.
What does the visit cost?
The diagnostic visit is $89. If you go ahead with the repair, it comes off the bill. Plan members pay nothing for the visit.
Do you charge more at night or on weekends?
Saturdays are regular price. Summer evening calls after 7 pm carry a $75 after-hours charge, which we tell you before anyone drives over.
Repair or replace: how do you decide?
We show you the repair price and the replacement price side by side, plus the age of your unit. Most systems under 10 years old are worth fixing.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Fenwick holds an Arizona ROC license and carries liability insurance. We will email both before your visit if you ask.
Too warm in there? Text me.
Marisol, in the office until 7 pm. Summer nights until 10.
